アップル社がビートルズと法廷で戦っているみたい。単に揺すっているように気もしますが・・・
記事によるとSteve Jobs氏はビートルズファンらしいので、なんか皮肉な結果。後、裁判官はiPod所有者というのもちょっと笑える。
確かにアップルレコードはビートルズと一時代を気づいた会社ですが、「リンゴ」という概念をそこまで限定的にとらえられるのか疑問です。
