さすがにここまで市場シェアを伸ばすと90年代のMicrosoftを彷彿とさせる訴訟の荒らしになるのでしょうか?(笑)

最近のビートルズ訴訟もそんな感じがします．

この前コンサルタントが出した試算ではアップルが2010までに音楽の売り上げが150億ドルになると分析している．

"シンガポールに拠点を置く電子機器メーカーCreative Technologyは米国時間5月15日、人気の高いApple Computerの「iPod」が同社の特許取得済み技術を侵害しているとして、2件の訴訟を起こした。

　Creativeは米国際貿易委員会（ITC）に訴状を提出し、Appleに米国内でiPodおよび「iPod nano」の販売差し止め命令を求めている。またこれとは別に、Appleに対する差し止め命令および損害賠償を要求する訴訟をカリフォルニア州地方裁判所で起こしたという。"

既に両者の社長が会合を開いて合意しているとのこと。ただ、信憑性はまだ他で確認されていない模様。
